After we receive your order, Quiverfull will send a confirmation email. This email confirms receipt of your order but does not guarantee acceptance.
Order Acceptance
Quiverfull reserves the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Unavailability of products.
- Pricing errors.
- Inaccuracies in the order details provided by the Customer.
4. Pricing and Payment
Pricing
All prices are listed in AUD (Australian Dollars) and are subject to change without prior notice. Additional charges, such as shipping fees, taxes, and other applicable fees, will be calculated at checkout.
Payment
Full payment is required at the time of order placement. Orders will not be processed until payment is received in full.
5. Customization of Products
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete design specifications. Quiverfull is not liable for any errors in designs submitted by the Customer.
6. Production and Shipping
Production Time
Production times vary depending on the complexity of the order. However, personalized items generally take approximately 10-14 days to be dispatched.
If you need a rush order, please contact us via email before placing the order. We will do our best to accommodate, but we cannot guarantee expedited processing.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping: Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated based on your location and selected shipping method.
Pick-Up Option: For local customers, Quiverfull offers a pick-up option at our designated location. If you choose this option, you will be notified once your order is ready for pick-up.
Please note that pick-up is only available in select areas, and you must select the pick-up option during checkout.
Shipping Delays: Quiverfull is not liable for any delays caused by third-party shipping carriers once the package has been shipped.
7. Returns and Refunds
Custom Products
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error caused by Quiverfull.
Defects or Errors
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please notify us within 5 days of receipt.
Quiverfull will review the issue and, at our discretion, either replace the product or issue a refund.
8. Intellectual Property
Customer Designs
The Customer retains ownership of any designs submitted for customization. However, by submitting a design, the Customer grants Quiverfull a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and modify the design solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order.
Company Designs
All designs created by Quiverfull are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company. These designs may not be reproduced, modified, or used in any way without prior written consent from Quiverfull.
9. Limitation of Liability
Quiverfull’s liability for any product purchase is strictly limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the specific product in question.
Quiverfull is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, use, or inability to use our products.
